Having grown up in Sydney, Sophia has worked in various practices in New South Wales, Victoria, and even a stint in America. She relocated to the Gold Coast in 2016 when she took over ownership of Rosser Optometry. Her aim is to provide the local community with the best and most comprehensive eye care possible, and thus has progressed Rosser Optometry to be one of the best equipped Optometry Practices in Queensland. Sophia is passionate about all aspects of Optometry and has a special interest in ocular disease, co-management of occular conditions, children's vision and optical lens technology.

Annyck is a therapeutically-qualified optometrist with a passion for managing ocular disease and dry eye. Annyck graduated from QUT in 2008, and has since completed her therapeutic qualifications and Advanced Certification in Children’s Vision from the Australian College of Optometry. Since graduating she has worked across independent, corporate optometry and with ophthalmologists in private practice.
Her special interests include: Post-surgical ocular management, dry eye therapy, glaucoma management, children’s vision, myopia control, ortho K and soft contact lens fitting especially in children. Since being fitted with contact lenses at 13 herself, she has a huge appreciation for the freedom and confidence that this allows children.
Annyck is a life long learner and is constantly excited by the advances in technology in our industry. The advent of modern imaging equipment has allowed us to provide the highest level of care for our patients through early detection.
When she is not revelling in all things optometry you can find her paddle boarding, walking and listening to podcasts or teaching/practicing pilates at her local neighbourhood studio.
